Manzi is a Rwandan who is a result-oriented God-fearing individual with high discipline command. He is a moral principled person of professional integrity with effective communication and interpersonal skills. He has strong analytical and researching skills, creativity and capability of working in changing conditions with a strong talent and dedicated passion to research; Report writing, using digital devices and statistical packages for data collection, interpretation, and presentation; Team working, Field working in any situation, Working under pressure without high supervision, Good socializing skills, Motivator, Leader, and Organizational skills are skills he possesses.
Manzi earned a Master of Arts in Population and Development (Integrated Course) at Annamalai University, India, and a Masters’s degree in International Relations from the same University, both between 2008 and 2013. He is a multi-lingual, with a strong command of Kinyarwanda and English and competence in French and other regional languages.
Before working in Delight Rwanda, Manzi worked in the Public and Private sector as a Researcher and Analyst. Among the projects he worked on include; Evaluation of performance contract (Imihigo) at District and Ministerial level, Feed the future Africa great lakes coffee supporting the program, Problem and practical solutions on delinquents, street trading, and street prostitution in the city of Kigali, A current situation analysis on gender equality in Rwanda, DFID evaluation on Result Based Aid (RBA), all done under IPAR-Rwanda between 2014 to 2016.
